Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any site materials is prohibited and may violate copyright, trademark, or other laws. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using this website or our services. We encourage you to read them carefully.

1. Scope of Services

Mythos Luxury Travel operates as a bespoke luxury travel designer and concierge agency, specializing in tailor-made itineraries and personalized travel planning services. Our services are exclusively designed for individuals seeking luxury travel experiences in Greece.

We do not offer pre-packaged tours or standardized travel products. All itineraries are custom-designed based on client preferences and availability at the time of planning.

Mythos acts as an intermediary and coordinator between clients and independent third-party suppliers (including but not limited to hotels, transportation providers, guides, restaurants, and experience providers).

2. Service Fees & Payments

A professional planning and concierge service fee may be required prior to the commencement of itinerary design and planning. This fee covers professional expertise, research, coordination, supplier negotiations, itinerary design, and ongoing support. Payments must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise specified. We accept various forms of payment, and all transactions are secured to ensure your peace of mind.

Service fees are:

Clearly communicated in advance
Non-refundable once planning has commenced
Separate from supplier charges
Accommodation, transportation, and experience costs are generally billed directly by third-party suppliers, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Mythos is not responsible for price changes imposed by suppliers, currency fluctuations, or availability changes after confirmation.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation policies may vary depending on the service provider. We advise reviewing specific cancellation terms at the time of booking. Refunds are processed in accordance with the policy of the respective supplier. Mythos Luxury Travel is not responsible for fees incurred due to cancellations or modifications made by the client.

4. Third-Party Suppliers & Liability

All travel services are provided by independent third-party suppliers. Mythos does not own, control, or operate these suppliers. While we strive to provide the highest quality travel experiences, Mythos Luxury Travel will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our responsibility is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the services in question.

Accordingly:

Mythos shall not be liable for acts, omissions, errors, delays, injuries, losses, damages, or failures caused by third-party suppliers.
Any contractual relationship for accommodation, transportation, or experiences exists directly between the client and the supplier.
Clients are responsible for reviewing and accepting the terms, conditions, cancellation policies, and liability provisions of each supplier.

5. Travel Risks & Client Responsibility

Travel involves inherent risks, including but not limited to illness, accidents, force majeure events, political instability, strikes, weather conditions, and transportation disruptions.

By engaging Mythos, clients acknowledge and accept these risks and agree that:

They are responsible for ensuring valid travel documents, passports, visas, insurance, and compliance with entry requirements.
Mythos is not responsible for denied entry, missed connections, or failure to comply with local regulations.

6. Force Majeure

Mythos shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, governmental actions, strikes, war, civil unrest, or transportation disruptions.
